Facade Lighting: Exterior architectural lighting that defines how the building reads after dark. Fixtures are weather-rated and positioned for access, and the scheme is usually scene-controlled.
IP Phone: IP telephony running over the structured cabling and network already in place, replacing separate voice cabling with one converged infrastructure.
Electrical: Power distribution for the facility: incoming supply, switchgear, distribution boards and the circuits feeding every other system on this list. It is designed first, because everything else depends on the capacity it provides.
